Our meals can last up to a maximum of 5 days fresh from day of delivery when stored in a fridge below 5 degrees Celsius. Most of our meals can also be frozen for up to 30 days.

Subscriptions
With our subscription system you place your first order selecting what plan and meals you’d like. The meals will be delivered on your chosen delivery day. Then the next day your subscription and will renew and take payment for the next delivery. You then have between the time the payment was taken and the order deadline day to choose your next lot of meals for your next delivery. if you leave it it will be similar to your last order but meals no longer available will be replaced with a default meal. Or you can choose yourself from the new menu. Order deadline for Sunday delivery is Wednesday midnight and order deadline for Wednesday delivery is Sunday midnight. Make all edits to your subscription before the deadline to ensure you get the meals you would like. We strictly cannot make any edits after the deadline has passed.
Yes you can go into ‘my account > subscriptions’ and just follow the instructions. You can swap meals in your current subscription from the next available menu, remove meals and add new ones!
Yes of course. You can cancel at anytime and if you are stuck at all with sorting out your subscription just let us know and we can sort it for you. Just make sure you cancel before the next payment is taken or this will mean you will get another delivery of meals.
Order & Delivery

Your meals will be delivered by driver in one of our temperature controlled, insulated boxes that keeps your food below 8 degrees Celsius for up to 48 hrs. If due to a delay in DPD’s network your meals are not delivered on the arranged delivery day, they will be delivered the next day. Your meals will still be chilled and safe for eating.
We need up to 4 days to prep, cook and deliver your meals. After all, great tasting food takes a lot of time and preparation. If you’d like your meals for a Sunday delivery then we will need your order by Wednesday midnight at the latest. If you want your meals delivered on a Wednesday then we will need your order in by Sunday midnight at the latest.
Our delivery days are Sundays and Wednesdays. UK wide delivery to door. Some addresses across the Central Belt of Scotland will be delivered the day before. You will be notified about this at the checkout.
If you are not in when either our driver or DPD courier arrives then your meals will be left in the safe place you have specified in the checkout form. Our boxes have insulated liners with ice packs inside. This will keep your meals cold below 8 degrees for up to 48 hours.
